On Sunday, March 23, former Riverside Polytechnic High School standout Lamont Butler’s current collegiate team the Kentucky Wildcats won 84-75 against the Illinois Fighting Illini in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Fiserv Forum, this was the first game against the Illinois Fighting Illini during the championship.

Lamont Butler’s hometown is Moreno Valley and game position is guard.
