Of the 2,437,864 people living in Riverside County in 2020, 50.2 percent (1,222,631) were women and 49.8 percent (1,215,233) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Riverside News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 10,362. In the 65 and over age range, there were 191,352 females and 161,023 males.
