Norco home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Norco rose by $93,000 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 282 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 15% increase over the $622,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 280 homes sold in Norco in 2020.
