Mira Loma median home prices rose by 18.2% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Mira Loma rose by $98,750 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $541,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Mira Loma in 2020.
