2021: Nuevo experienced a 15.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Nuevo rose by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $479,500 - a 15.5% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Nuevo in 2020.

The median sales tax in Nuevo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,071, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2021.
