How did home prices perform in Moreno Valley during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 1,785 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,584 homes sold in Moreno Valley in 2020.
