Palm Desert median home prices rose by 18.5% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Palm Desert rose by $70,250 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 2,360 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $379,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,944 homes sold in Palm Desert in 2020.
