Idyllwild-Pine Cove home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $106,250 while total sales decreased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 28.1% increase over the $378,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Idyllwild-Pine Cove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,606, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
