Cherry Valley median home prices rose by 25.9% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cherry Valley rose by $90,500 while total sales decreased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Cherry Valley in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,859, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
