Median home prices in White Water rose to $295,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in White Water rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $260,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in White Water in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in White Water for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,525, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
