Home prices increased in Cabazon during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cabazon rose by $12,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,750 - a 5.1% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cabazon in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cabazon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,383, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
