Corona home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Corona rose by $124,000 while total sales decreased by 48.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $707,000 - a 21.3% increase over the $583,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 275 homes sold in Corona in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
