September 2021: Home prices in Perris increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Perris rose by $89,000 while total sales decreased by 46.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $464,000 - a 23.7% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Perris in September 2020.
