Palm Springs home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Palm Springs rose by $207,500 while total sales decreased by 71.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $757,500 - a 37.7% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Palm Springs in August 2020.
