August 2021: Home prices in Cherry Valley fell

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Cherry Valley fell by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $414,500 - a 14.4% decrease over the $484,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cherry Valley in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,859, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
