The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Mark Allan Takano, Mark Takano for Congress, refunded $4,200 to Edward H. Traynor on June 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mark Takano for Congress has refunded $4,200 total since Jan. 1.
