The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Mark Allan Takano, Mark Takano for Congress, refunded $2,000 to Edward H. Traynor on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mark Takano for Congress has refunded $6,200 total since April 1.
