Mira Loma home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mira Loma rose by $152,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $695,000 - a 28.1% increase over the $542,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mira Loma in July 2020.
