Mountain Center median home prices rose by 63.3% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mountain Center rose by $240,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $619,000 - a 63.3% increase over the $379,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mountain Center in July 2020.
