Rising home prices in Palm Springs in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Palm Springs rose by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $579,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Palm Springs in July 2020.
