Median home prices in Riverside rose to $540,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Riverside rose by $93,500 while total sales decreased by 38.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $446,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 216 homes sold in Riverside in July 2020.
