July 2021: Calimesa experienced a 32.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Calimesa rose by $118,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $361,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Calimesa in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Calimesa for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,019, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
