The first half of 2021: Home prices in Norco increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Norco rose by $121,750 while total sales increased by 54.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $708,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $586,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Norco in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Norco for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,310, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
