Rising home prices in Colton in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Colton rose by $151,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $584,500 - a 35% increase over the $433,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Colton in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Colton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,847, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
