Median home prices in Riverside rose to $500,750 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Riverside rose by $75,750 while total sales increased by 70.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 1,720 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,750 - a 17.8% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,010 homes sold in Riverside in the first half of 2020.
