The first half of 2021: Rubidoux experienced a 15.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Rubidoux rose by $63,000 while total sales increased by 80.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $458,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Rubidoux in the first half of 2020.
