Pricing for the median home in Idyllwild-Pine Cove increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Idyllwild-Pine Cove rose by $105,000 while total sales increased by 62.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 32.1% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Idyllwild-Pine Cove in the first half of 2020.
