Moreno Valley home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 873 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 20% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 633 homes sold in Moreno Valley in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
