How did home prices perform in Perris during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Perris rose by $73,500 while total sales increased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 373 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $341,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in Perris in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Perris for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,731, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
