Median home prices in Calimesa rose to $490,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Calimesa rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 14% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Calimesa in the second quarter of 2020.
