The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Moreno Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 102.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 405 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Moreno Valley in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
