Banning median home prices rose by 6.1% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Banning rose by $16,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $273,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Banning in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Banning for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,233, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
