Rising home prices in Cabazon in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cabazon rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 7.7% increase over the $178,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cabazon in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cabazon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,383, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
