Corona home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Corona rose by $126,500 while total sales increased by 61.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $672,500 - a 23.2% increase over the $546,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Corona in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
