Palm Springs median home prices rose by 43% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Palm Springs rose by $165,500 while total sales increased by 83.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,500 - a 43% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Palm Springs in June 2020.
