Pricing for the median home in Moreno Valley increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $82,000 while total sales increased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Moreno Valley in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
