Corona home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Corona rose by $133,000 while total sales increased by 228.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $646,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $513,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Corona in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
