Winchester median home prices rose by 20.9% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Winchester rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 194.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Winchester in April 2020.
