April 2021: Beaumont experienced a 23.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Beaumont rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 168.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $344,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Beaumont in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Beaumont for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,304, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
