The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $63,750 while total sales increased by 159.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 17.8% increase over the $358,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Moreno Valley in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
