April 2021: Home prices in Mountain Center fell

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Mountain Center fell by $97,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,500 - a 19% decrease over the $509,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mountain Center in April 2020, as well.
