Norco median home prices rose by 32.7% in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Norco rose by $180,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $730,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Norco in May 2020.
