Rising home prices in Corona in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Corona rose by $154,500 while total sales increased by 84.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $699,500 - a 28.3% increase over the $545,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Corona in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,056, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
