May 2021: Riverside experienced a 20% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Riverside rose by $85,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 20% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Riverside in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,074, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
