May 2021: Home prices in Moreno Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Moreno Valley rose by $77,500 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Moreno Valley in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,852, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
