Beaumont home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Beaumont rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Beaumont in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Beaumont for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,304, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
