Falling home prices in Mountain Center in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Mountain Center fell by $123,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,500 - a 34.3% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mountain Center in May 2020, as well.
