Palm Springs median home prices rose by 100.7% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Palm Springs rose by $439,000 while total sales decreased by 95.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,000 - a 100.7% increase over the $436,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Palm Springs in March 2020.
