November 2019: Home prices in Norco fell

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Norco fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $561,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Norco in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Norco for 2019 was $4,310. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,068. This marks an increase of 5.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
