Rising home prices in Riverside in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Riverside rose by $38,250 while total sales decreased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 256 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $398,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 274 homes sold in Riverside in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for 2019 was $3,074. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,941. This marks an increase of 4.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
